Delete your KrewBar account

You can ask us to delete your KrewBar account and the personal data linked to it at any time.

How to request deletion

  • Email info@krewbar.com from the address registered on your KrewBar account, with the subject “Delete my KrewBar account”.
  • Include the full name on the account so we can find it.
  • We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings first, because deleting your account does not cancel store billing.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, photos, bio, interests and voyage history.
  • Your posts, stories, comments, likes and saved items.
  • Your verification documents.
  • Your connections, group memberships and device tokens.

What we may keep

Messages you sent may remain visible to the people you sent them to. We may keep limited records (for example of reports, moderation actions and purchases) for up to 12 months, or longer where the law requires it, for safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
